Best 90's Rock Albums

We continue with the list of the Best Rock Albums of the 90s. A brilliant decade in which sounds exploded across a wide variety of genres. While the voting for the 70s and 80s was very close and there were some surprises at times, I would expect a clear winner in the 90s, although anything is possible. I also don't expect Blur's 13, which I think is a fantastic album, to come in second place; rather, I expect a fierce battle for second.
