This is just a list separator to make the site look more organized... but you're almost there.

 

Below where you clicked in the sidebar (below ---LISTS---) you'll find the lists by category. Hover your cursor over the instrument or category you're interested in, and the available options will appear on the right. Click on the one you want to see, and you're all set!

 

There you'll find the list with Corvan's preferences and the link to vote and see how the user rankings are doing.
